about

This track's project file (and all recorded media) was unfortunately lost in a hard drive failure. However, I had a backup of the original WAV file from the last mix and master that I had. I've tried to master it since, but the original still shines.

So, I'm releasing this track on its own. I had intended for this to be a part of a bigger project that is currently underway, but without the project files, I can't master it properly like the other ones. So instead, I'll release it as its own thing.

I'm releasing this as I think it's time I stopped sitting on this one, and maybe it'll help me with getting other things ready for publishing.

Notes:

This "EP" is made up of 2 versions of the same song. The regular version is a compromise of loudness and dynamics with remastering it. I think it came across pretty well and fattened up the drums.

The "Original Mix" version is the original master I found in my backup drive. This version is for folks who want to hear how it was. It's a bit softer in terms of volume, so it might be an easier listening experience. It also is a bit muddier as a consequence, but I haven't had complaints about it.
